Biscuit crumb (75%)[wheat flour, wheat starch, sugar, vegetable oil (antioxidant 307b), golden syrup, raising agents (500, 503, 450), salt, wheaten cornflour, preservative (223)(sulphites), flavour], wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil [antioxidants (304, 307b)]

Preparation Instructions

1 Dip food in beaten egg. 2 Coat food in Crumb-in-One, pressing crumbs on firmly and evenly. 3 Cook as suggested opposite (cooking time will depend on type and thickness of food).

Usage Instructions

Grill - suitable for cutlets, rissoles, croquettes or chicken pieces. Deep Fry - suitable for chicken wings, onion rings, calamari, prawns or fish pieces. Shallow Fry - suitable for fish, schnitzels, cutlets or meatballs. Bake - suitable for meatballs, chicken pieces or larger cuts of meat e.g. lamb shoulder or leg and whole chicken.

Storage Instructions

Best stored in cool, dry conditions at or below 25°C.
